My Experience

Carpenter

I started in carpentry as a young man learning the trade from expert craftsmen. That led me to owning a building and remodeling corporation from 1995 - 2008. I know how homes are built from the ground up and continue to research the newest building techniques and products currently used in the trade.

Level II assessor/appraiser

My experience as an assessor working with local government has allowed me to see all types of properties. Certified with the state of Indiana. I've currently reviewed over 16,000 properties in Indiana.

Licensed Home Inspector

My extensive knowledge gained from my construction experience has enabled me to be a quality home inspector. My experience aids me in knowing the difference between a safety issue and a maintenance issue that can be easily corrected at a later time.
